What if you could raise money to help others when you buy or sell your next home and cost you nothing.
Lets build partnerships and networks with the people who support local non-profits, charities, and organizations to create a local referral service that replaces the corporate service you use normally. The money that would go to the referral corporation would instead remain locally and be invested back in to the community. All we have to do is spread the word and as more people learn about our partnerships the more money we can raise for our local community.

We look for organizations that are doing great things in the community and partner with them to raise money so they can do even greater things. Our referrals that you help create go back to these organizations. We also share the stories of how your involvement is impacting the lives of those around you in the community. We can transform and impact our community just by sharing in your social networks and directing people to our site.
How do we raise funds
Corporations you know like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, along with Google, Facebook, and numerous web referral services have built referral networks to connect consumers to real estate agents. These corporations take a percentage of the real estate transaction as payment for making the connection. We provide that same service but instead of transferring the referral fee to a corporation we reinvest that money back into the community.
How does it work
Our partners, local residents, and LocalRealtyReferral work to share this referral service within our local networks. This can be done by word of mouth, thru social media, by web presence, and through digital communication. We create a large network letting people know there is a local option to connect them with a real estate agent. They complete a real estate transaction with a referred agent just like it is done everyday. Its that simple, share, connect, and together we raise money giving back in our communities.
This site does not provide brokerage services. Local Realty Referral provides a service to help identify licensed realtors in your area who know the community and want to give back to that community. We provide the service free of charge to the home consumer as an online platform to match your real estate needs with a knowledgeable professional in your area.
